Our bodies need fat to absorb fat soluble vitamins (A, D, E, K), for energy and to help our bodies function efficiently. Some foods in the body are converted to fat (mostly from higher calorie intake) for storage when we need more energy.

Exercise Programs Closure Notice

The Keep Well Society’s exercise programs will be closed during the weeks of Christmas and New Year’s Day.  West Vancouver Seniors Activity Centre and West Vancouver Kiwanis will be closed the week of December 16th .  All exercise programming will resume the week of January 6th, 2020.
