1 Tbsp (15 mL) each of lemon juice and water
1 tsp (5 mL) of mild curry paste
4 Granny Smith apples, sliced thinly, unpeeled
Preheat oven to 200 degrees F (95 degrees C). Stir lemon juice with water and curry paste until smooth. Brush the apple slices on both sides with curry mixture. Spread slices out in one layer on baking sheets. Bake for 2 to 3 hours, turning occasionally, until crisp and light brown.
