1 head cabbage, cored and shredded (or 1 package coleslaw mix)
 1 medium onion, finely chopped
 ½ cup white sugar
 ½ cup vinegar
 1 tsp salt
 1 tsp celery seed
 1 tsp white sugar
 1 tsp prepared mustard
 ½ cup vegetable oil

In a large bowl, combine cabbage, onion, and 1/2 cup sugar. In a small pan, combine vinegar, salt, celery seed, 1 teaspoon sugar, mustard, and oil. Bring to boil, and cook for 3 minutes. Cool, then pour over cabbage mixture, and toss. Refrigerate overnight.
